Our negotiation consulting services consist of a three-step process:
- Diagnostic Surveys
Negotiating Women will design, develop, and administer a diagnostic survey to surface cultural issues and analyze the results to uncover areas of opportunity. Alternatively, data your organization has already gathered can serve as a baseline for our collaboration.
- Focus Groups
Our experienced facilitators will engage focus groups and conduct interviews with women employees to uncover barriers blocking the progress of qualified women in your organization.
- Ongoing Support
At the end of the process, Negotiating Women will deliver a Report of Findings and Recommendations, analyzing results from the diagnostic surveys. We will develop specific recommendations and provide ongoing support.
